Below you will find helpful information about your upcoming trip, please take special note of the section titled Fishing Charter Meeting Location.
We reserve your charter time exclusively for your group. If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible at 843-806-2424.
Weather cancellations are determined by your captains based on safety and local conditions. If we cancel your trip due to weather, there is no charge. A rain forecast alone does not automatically cancel your charter.
If a cancellation fee applies, please submit payment through Venmo at @hiltonheadfishingcharters. Include your name and scheduled charter date in the payment note.
Coastal weather changes quickly, and Hilton Head forecasts often show rain or thunderstorms 48–72 hours ahead, which often shift in timing, location, or likelihood.
Your captains understand our local weather patterns and closely monitor conditions continuously before every charter. Please leave all weather decisions to your captain rather than making plans based solely on a weather app. If conditions raise any concerns about your trip, we will contact you directly.
Your safety is always our priority. Unless you hear from us, please plan to arrive as scheduled.
